Recognizing his passion for the field, Mr. Dugar formally pursued a B.E. in Printing Technology from Manipal University, where his dedication and technical aptitude distinguished him among his peers.

His academic excellence earned him a prestigious scholarship from Heidelberg, the globally renowned offset press manufacturer, for advanced training at their manufacturing facility in Germany. This international exposure strengthened his technical foundation in high-precision press engineering and production excellence.

Following this, he joined The Times of India, one of India’s leading newspaper publications, as a Deputy Manager. There, he gained hands-on expertise in:
